Your type of body governs how you should live and what you should eat to maintain a balanced life. If you are a type of Vata then the Vata principle is dominant. There are three Doshas and they are as follows: Kapha is the water. Vata corresponds to the air. Pitta is fire. According to Ayurveda, the doshas relates the mind connects with the body. If the mind and body are not coordinated an imbalance is created in the Doshas. Vata: Refers to the air, ether. The emotions are fear, anxiety and pain. Functions are movement, breathing and circulation. Vata is in the colon, pelvis etc. Cold hands and feet.

Pitta meditation Corresponds to fire and water. Pitta Constitution means is the construction, premature aging, medium sleep. Functions are metabolism, digestion, absorption and assimilation. The emotions are anger, hatred and jealousy. Kapha meditation Corresponds to water and land. They are slow to enter the information, but once they retain they keep good memory retention. Emotions are greed, jealousy, forgiveness, attachment and calmness. Seat of the Kapha is chest, sinus, nose, throat, ear, joints etc. Functions are the connective tissue of the body, joint lubrication and memory retention.Ayurveda - the science of life has developed guidelines to ensure a happy and healthy life. Ayurvedic Life according will be healthy, happy and pleasant.

Dinacharya healthy day: Ayurvedic dinacharya includes a set of real-life experiences. Dinam means a day and charya is routine. Ayurvedic dinacharya is complete is guidelines for a healthy life. Thoughts and actions must be pure and should not cause harm to others or loss. Ayurvedic dinacharya do not allow its use beyond its physical endurance levels. It includes an alarm before sunrise, bathing and taking food at set times, the kind of people getting involved, the kind of thoughts, the levels of physical work, words and deeds etc.

Ayurvedic food healthy food: Vegetarian food is recommended by Ayurveda as the best food. Our stomach is not a box of waste depository. It should take only healthy foods that provide health to heart and body. We will allow ample time for the stomach to completely digest the food we eat before the next meal. We must eat only if we feel hungry. Make sure you do not take more food than your body needs. Snacks between meals, eating for pleasure and practices that disrupts normal digestive functions is to be avoided. It takes about 20 hours to digest the food we eat. Normally it is not possible in today’s world.
