Food recommended for Blood Pressure: Low B.P Remedies: A glass of raw beet juice 2 times a day for at least one week proved to be very beneficial in regulating low blood pressure. High B.P Action: Mix half onion juice and half honey. Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture once a day for 1 - 2 weeks. Eat one papaya daily on an empty stomach for a month. Do not eat anything after that for at least two hours.
Some remedies for insomnia sleep disorders are: Before going to bed the patient must listen to soft music as the sound of instruments brings down stress level. Massage feet, calves, neck and shoulders. The milk of a nursing mother brings relief placed in each nostril. Flush eyes with the rose water before sleep which provides relief. A brief meal should be taken before sunset two hours later followed by hot water bath.
